I'm a commercial leader with 20 years of experience scaling B2B operations, driving revenue growth, and leading transformations across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

I've delivered £500M+ in revenue impact through sales restructuring, partner growth, and commercial turnarounds. I've held director-level roles managing full P&L, £150M+ credit exposure, and teams of 200+.

​

My corporate experience spans wholesale, B2B services, telecom, and financial services. I've led sales recovery, contact-centre builds, and commercial strategy execution for complex, high-growth businesses.

Through Harmonised Success, I advise senior leaders and founders on commercial discipline, team performance, and sustainable growth—with clients including HSBC, Vodafone, Hyundai, and Citigroup.
